Hi, I’m Annie.

I love using clothes to help tell stories on screen. Clothing can be an incredibly powerful story telling tool, and I very much enjoy collaborating with different creatives to help make their vision come to life.

Originally from Kansas City, I moved to San Francisco in 2008 after receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Broadcast TV from the University of Kansas.

I jumped into production work right away in San Francisco, working for a full year as the Travel Coordinator on the NBC television series “Trauma.” Overtime, while working on that show, the ins and outs of production work began to unfold before me and I set my sights on working in a creative department on set. I’ve always had a love for the human canvas and using clothes as a creative medium. That passion paired with a heavy background in retail and merchandising from my side jobs in college, made wardrobe seem like the perfect and obvious fit.

One of my strongest attributes is my unflinching determination once I set my mind to something. Learning everything I could about dressing for camera and networking as fiercely as possible became my biggest goals. By 2010 I was working exclusively in the wardrobe department on Commercial sets in San Francisco. I assisted many talented and wonderful stylists in those first few years who taught me so much and to whom I am incredibly grateful.

I styled my first job as a Lead Stylist in 2011. My business has done nothing but grow since that first fateful step out on my own. I cherish the San Francisco film community and all my wonderful peers for providing me with a loving and safe place to learn and grow. I feel insanely fortunate to be able to make a living in a creative field and I look forward to continuing to work hard and make more movie magic for many years to come.

I now split my time between Kansas City and the California Bay Area. This allows for me to work as a local wardrobe stylist in many different cites. I currently work as a local in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Kansas City and St. Louis. I am a member in good standing for over 10 years with the local Bay Area Theatrical Wardrobe Union IATSE 784. This allows to me to work both Union and Non Union jobs.
