Production Company: SoFi Technologies, Inc.
Director: Jeremy Diessner
Position: Lead Stylist (2023)
2023 felt like it was all about SoFi. I did a total of five Sofi Spots this year and it was such an adventure. With locations that spanned across the entire Bay area and beyond, I felt like we were on the move and constantly making location changes. It was exciting and exhilarating and I got to see parts of California I had never seen before. So grateful to the team at Sofi for having me on, it was a super challenging and rewarding project.
Production Company: Station Film
Director: Brendan Gibbons
Position: Lead Stylist (2022)
While shooting in an active airport right before the holidays posed certain logistical challenges, this job was one of my favorites from 2022. Working with Tan was a dream come true, he is as charming and lovely as he seems on TV. We had to work closely together on this one to make that the Fabrication of the giant coat work for him, and he was such a trooper on stilts for that scene. I also really enjoyed meeting and dressing Nick Cho for the second spot. Brendan is an amazing director who was so easy to work with and had a ton of great ideas. Overall, it was a pleasure to be a part of this one.
Production Company: Peace Pictures
Director: Ritesh Gupta
Position: Lead Stylist (2023)
Always love working on a project with a story like this one. It was an honor to be able to help tell Kevin’s story and raise awareness for The Hidden Genius Project in Oakland, which helps provide connectivity and skills training to black male youth so as to better prepare them to participate in and contribute to the global, tech-economy.
Production Company: Harbor Films
Director: Michael Clarke
Position: Lead Wardrobe Stylist (2022)
This spot was filmed in some of the most beautiful places in the San Francisco Bay area. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Elias. I was honored to help tell his story, raise awareness and be a part of this incredible production team.
Production Company: Sweet Rickey
Director: Max Gutierrez
Position: Lead Stylist (2021)
I got to finish out 2021 with a bang by styling this spot. There were lots of outfit doubles purchased and clothes drenched in Gatorade but the cast had a blast and Jerry was such a gentleman. Hardest part for me was the fabrication of the custom Draft Kings PJs Jerry wears in the nighttime scene. I begged a vendor to get those done for me in the short timeline we had and then baked him cookies afterwards. The things we do!
Production Company: Avocados and Coconuts
Director: Spencer Macdonald
Position: Lead Stylist (2022)
This was my favorite fitting of the year, because I got to go vintage shopping for matching looks for the Tanaka’s. I love creating characters and when the clothing help propel a story forward so this commercial was a real treat to style.
Production Company: Yelp Creative
Director: Adam McChane
Position: Lead Stylist (2018)
This was a really fun and creative project to style because I love working with color and creating characters. I worked with the folks at Yelp Creative to come up with several different scenes for our main talent extraordinaire, Ryan-Alex Thurston. We wanted the clothes to match the food and say something about “The Man.” The split .gif idea was such an innovative constraint to work around. I find commercial styling to be full of constraints… which can sometimes feel confining, but I’ve also learned that constraints can lead to exceptional creativity and to me, that’s what makes commercial styling so challenging and rewarding.
Production Company: Little Moving Pictures
Director: Diko Daghlian
Position: Lead Stylist (2015)
I worked with the production team at Little Moving Pictures to create this Anthem Ad for Amazfit, which aired in China. An overall ambitious concept, lots of trial and error and problem solving went into bringing this idea to life. From finding evening wear that was flexible and safe to do heavy exercising in, to making sure the clothes didn’t overshadow the device. It was a truly unique experience working with this client to ensure the overall look and feel would appeal to the Chinese Market.
Production Company: Sing-Sing
Directors: Adi Goodrich & Sean Pecknold
Position: Lead Wardrobe Stylist (2021)
Remember the Pandemic, haha? The days of masks and social distancing are luckily behind us, but I thought this shoot was an innovative example of using the constraints of pandemic life to create something fun.
Production Company: Roadside Entertainment
Director: John Legend
Position: Lead Stylist (2013)
I always love working with the GOAT, Stephen Curry. This is one of several commercials I’ve styled for Degree starring Steph, and this one was especially memorable because John Legend was directing and the whole set was abuzz with excitement.
Production Company: Doomsday
Director: Mimi Cave
Position: Lead Stylist (2015)
Vessel is a short film I costume designed for esteemed female director and choreographer, Mimi Cave. Written and directed by Mimi, this was a kickstarter funded short film with an ambitious shooting schedule and an unbelievably talented cast and crew. I was so proud and honored to be a part of this project.
Production Company: Partizan
Director: Mimi Cave
Position: Lead Stylist (2012)
Working with Director and Choreographer Mimi Cave has been an absolute delight. Her love of expression through movement speaks to me deeply and it’s been a joy to collaborate with her. Jim James is such an amazing musician, it was fascinating and awe inspiring to watch this duo bring Jim’s music to life through Mimi’s vision. The end product being both surreal and moving. This was a special project that I hold near to my heart.

Production Company: Avocados and Coconuts
Director: Spencer Macdonald
Position: Lead Wardrobe Stylist (2021)
The future is here! I was stoked to work on this project for Cruise, a Bay Area self driving car company. This spot is an emotional roller coaster of montage through some tough years in the Bay Area, but really highlights how long these cars have been on the road and how a very different driving future is right around the corner for all of us. Avocados and Coconuts is a company I worked a lot for the past couple of years and I am grateful! They always put together a great team.
Production Company: Twenty Nine Black
Director: Richard Henkels
Position: Lead Stylist (2022)
The sea was angry this day, my friends! We lost many bottles of Nobilo wine to the watery depths of Lake Merritt, but the commercial came out great. I always enjoy working with my friend at Twenty Nine Black.
Production Company: Twenty Nine Black
Director: Richard Henkels
Position: Lead Stylist (2020)
Another Pandemic Era spot. Lots of movement around California for this one, from The Bay to LA across to Palm Springs. It took a village to pull this one together.
Production Company: Strike Anywhere
Director: Mike Jacobs
Position: Lead Stylist (2018)
Really got to end the 2018 year with a bang by styling this Toyota commercial up in Tahoe. Only job I’ve ever been on where knowing how to ski was a requirement. We shot up on the mountain all day and then got to down at wrap. It was awesome!
Production Company: Fueld Films
Director: Ben Berman
Position: Lead Stylist (2018)
Always a pleasure working with Madison. This spot was short and sweet and to the point. He pulled it off as flawlessly as a shutout pitch (learned a little bit of baseball lingo after working with boys at the stadium all those years.)
Production Company: Avocados and Coconuts
Director: Brandon Loper
Positions: Lead Stylist (2021)
What a joy it was to do a series of Ancestry.com spots at the end of 2021. The set that what built for these spots was incredible and to watch these real families walk through these amazing sets learning about their heritage was so special. Jobs where I get to work with real people are always fun for me, I love meeting people who are going in front of the camera for the first time and helping to guide them through what to wear. Sometimes, part of the job is making sure people feel comfortable and good in their own clothes so they can be in the moment when they are being filmed. I always take extra care on jobs like these to ease people into this whole crazy business of movie making. Helping prep people’s clothing and making sure they are looking their best is an important part of making commercials like these work.
Production Company: Terri Timely
Directors: Ian Kibbey and Corey Creasey
Position: Lead Stylist (2015)
I have loved working with Directors Corey Creasey and Ian Kibbey of Terri Timely. With big ideas and out of the box thinking this duo has made several award winning short films, commercials and music videos. This video was definitely a labor of love that took years to make. Packed with practical effects and in-camera wizardry this film is nothing short of extraordinary, and in true “Terri Timely” fashion it leaves the audience wondering… “How’d they do that??” Hope you enjoy!
Production Company: Avocados and Coconuts

Nothing better than styling an epic beach day! Great people shooting a movie in one of the best places on earth, Point Reyes, CA.
Production Company: Team Headley
Director: Jason Headley
Position: Lead Stylist (2015)
These spots were probably the hihtlight of 2015. Jason is such a great writer, and the cast were all comedians so it made for a very entertaining day. Plus, cavemen outfits are just fun to style :)
Production Company: Caruso Company
Director: Doug Walker
Position: Lead Stylist (2021)
Production Company: Portal A
Director: Lex Halaby
Position: Lead Stylist (2012)
This was a fun one. Sam Pancake is such a great comedian and actor. I had a blast dressing him as Officer Sweetcheeks. There was a lot of sewing and fabricating went into this project, and I was on a limited budget. This commercial was a total labor of love, but the result is hysterical. The product is also great btw…

Position: Lead Stylist (2021)

I worked on a handful of NorCal Honda Spots over a period of a few years between 2016 and 2018, but this one always stands out to me because of the casts and bumps and bruises. I teamed up with my friend Kate Richards on HMU and we had a lot of fun bringing this spot to life.

Production Company: Dwyer

Position: Lead Stylist (2014)
Straddling the line between aspirational and relatable is always a challenge when designing outfits for commercials. The client was adamant that these characters remain approachable, a desire that I believe was achieved through this wardrobe.
Production Company: Terri Timely

Position: Lead Stylist (2013)
I was lucky enough to work with Ian and Corey several times over their tenure in the Bay Area. Their projects are always bursting with creativity and innovative ideas. These projects and experiences will always stay with me as a point of positive growth and expansion in my career. Thanks Guys!

Director: Brian Nowac
Position: Lead Stylist (2014)
I very much enjoyed working with the Video Production Company Atomic D to create this montage of footage that was meant to give the illusion of one boys life spread over three decades. As an avid thrifter and vintage hunter, if I get a chance to use vintage clothes in a commercial, I’m a happy camper.
Production Company: Little Moving Pictures
Director: Mimi Cave
Position: Lead Stylist (2015)
Love a job where I get to color block and work with super creative and talented people. The final result is so cute, quirky and fun.
